Synchrony between spongy moth hatching and leaf phenology of temperate trees

The files correspond to the data and R-script used for the analyses of the following paper "Feasting on the ordinary or starving for the exceptional: phenological synchrony between spongy moth and budburst of European trees in a warmer climate" published in Ecology and Evolution by Vitasse et al. 2023. There are three zip files corresponding to the Temperature data, phenology/preference/performance tests and R-Scripts for the analyses.
