Whole plant physiological data collected at 60' resolution in individual trees (indicated with tree_number, scaffold and treatment): GS (whole-plant canopy conductance), E (whole-plant transpiration), TWDnorm ( normalized tree water deficit), pump_active (TRUE or FALSE, indicates if the VPD reduction system was active or not), max_wp (daily pre-dawn water potential computed with TWDnorm interpolation), tot_fl (total sap flow), crown_area_full (projected canopy area), and the corresponding environmental variables (VPD, PPFD, RH, Tair, soil mp) for the same timestamp.
