The directory

contains individual subdirectories for each instrument

    ./SNOWPACK_InitFiles
    ./SnowTemperature
    ./TraditionalProfiles
    ./WaterFront

For each instrument/subdirectory there exist one separate
readme file in the directory

    ./readme_files

with the specific information per instrument.
